Submit an official request for the Product team to amend the
roadmap mid-quarter.
Changing the product roadmap mid-quarter comes with complications for the Product team: sprints have been planned, teams are in the middle of projects and go-live dates have been communicated to our external partners.
The team isn't against amending the roadmap, but solid, sound and detailed justification must be provided to justify the change.
To support your request, please include projected numbers, suggestions of features which can be delayed and anything else which you deem relevant.
